COMPENSATION

There are several commission plans available for agents to choose from; including a 100% commission plan.   These flexible commission plans accommodate seasoned high producing agents, as well as those agents who are new to the real estate profession.   

IRE also provides another opportunity to generate additional income through the agent recruiting program.  This program gives IRE agents the opportunity to generate additional income by sponsoring other agents to join our team.  This program pays a 5% commission to the recruiting agent, paid from the office compensation.  This exciting recruiting program continues to provide positive outcomes for IRE Agents and the complete organization.
