I.R.E. also provides another opportunity to generate additional income through the agent recruiting program. This program gives I.R.E. agents the opportunity to generate additional income by sponsoring other agents to join our team. This program pays a 5% commission to the recruiting agent, paid from the office compensation. This exciting recruiting program continues to provide positive outcomes for I.R.E. Agents and the complete organization.
